The hotel was an easy base for enjoying a charming area, close enough to the mercados de 20 Noviembre, Santo Domingo church, and downtown. The room was cozy and big, with with w entry from a shared patio and private balcony, for example. We were in a brilliant location at walking distance from Museo Belber Jimenez.

One delightful surprise during my stay was the view from my room. It felt as though I had a front-row seat to the bustling city, with its vibrant streets and charming architecture. It was like watching a captivating movie unfold right outside my window.

Great location - just a short walk to the main square and all the attractions. Conveniently located near cafes and restaurants.
The shower had a weak pressure and sprayed at odd angles, making it difficult to get a satisfying shower. This was a minor inconvenience but didn't ruin the overall stay.

The room at Casa Dos Lunas was absolutely amazing! It had a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, which made me feel pampered. I loved that the room had air conditioning, it was a lifesaver after a long day exploring Oaxaca. The city view from certain units was breathtaking, and it added an extra touch of charm to the room. The free WiFi and flat-screen TV in the room made it easy to stay connected and entertained during my stay.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the hairdryer in the room. It didn't work as well as I had hoped, but others may still find it useful.

During my recent stay at a lovely accommodation in the city center, I was delighted to find that it was only a few minutes away from the Spanish Immersion School where I was taking classes. The location was fantastic, with the historic center just a short walk away, making it convenient to explore the city. The neighborhood felt safe, even when I was out after dark. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the attentive front desk staff, who were always available to assist me and ensured that the property was secure by locking the front gate when necessary. It was refreshing to stay in a place that catered more to families and mature travelers, as I was able to avoid the typical backpacking and partying crowd.
I did have a couple of minor issues during my stay. I had to go through several attempts to communicate with the hostel, including calling them, to clarify the payment process.

The room at Casa Dos Lunas was amazing! It had a private bathroom with free toiletries and a shower that made me feel refreshed. The air conditioning was a blessing in the hot weather, and the free WiFi was a big plus for staying connected. The city view from my room was also breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. The flat-screen TV provided entertainment whenever I wanted to wind down.
Personally, I found the hairdryer in the room at Casa Dos Lunas a bit lacking. However, this is just my subjective opinion as someone who prefers a more powerful hairdryer.
